Do you ship outside of United States?

Yes - We ship to over 200 countries worldwide.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are prepared for shipping within one business day after your place it. When it has been packaged, and a label has been created, you will receive an email confirmation with that information.  We ship orders via USPS priority.

U.S. Customers typically receive their purchases within 1-3 business days.

International customers usually receive their purchases within 7-10 business days.

Why was my order canceled?

There are many reasons for an order being canceled. We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled and provide you an explanation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason.

What happens if my package is returned to Correct Merch?

If your order is returned to us, we will reach out to you and try to figure out what went wrong with the shipping. If we are unable to contact the customer, we will refund the order excluding the shipping cost. 

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges; all sales are final. Most of our inventory is consigned, meaning we sell items for many sellers. These consignors are paid shortly after their item(s) sell. Due to this, we are firm on our return policy.

Are all the items you sell authentic?

Correct Merch sells only 100% authentic product. We do not accept fakes or counterfeits. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell, as we have authentication specialists who inspect all product that is taken in and put up for sale.

When will you get more or an item that is sold out?

We are constantly restocking inventory that sells out quick, and recommend you give us your email so we can keep you updated on the products you are looking to buy. 

Do you accept trades or size swaps?

A good amount of our inventory is on consignment, and we pay consignors shortly after items leave our store. Trades would have to be in heavy favor of the store, and we want you to get the most for your shoes. Because of this, we rarely do trades. 

 Does Correct Merch "cash out" on Sneaker or Streetwear

We do “cash-out” for products 365 days a year. We will pay a fair, market based price.

How do I become a consignor at Correct Merch?

Consignments mean we sell items for you, and we pay you as your items sell. We charge an 8% fee. Once you are approved to be a consignor, you list the items you have for sale at your prices (we may adjust your pricing if we feel it is an unrealistic price that will not sell) and do not need to mail them in, you hang on to them and mail them as they sale. We provide you with the shipping label. 

Who sets the prices?

Prices are negotiated based on what the shoes sell for at market value. We agree on a price with our consignors. We price items to move quickly.

When will I get paid for my consignment?

Depending on the consignor, if you are experienced and have a good track record selling on our site, we will offer payout same day as your item sells, for less experienced consignors who are looking to build credit on our website, we will pay out once the customer receives the item. We will send you your payment through Paypal Friends & Family, Zelle, or Cash App, whichever the consignor prefers.
